The Bones for Life program was developed by Ruthy Alon, derives from the ground-breaking method developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, which focuses on re-educating our sensory-motor system (our internal brain to muscle message service) to help unlock and release old, unhelpful patterns and injuries.
